Why is everything so complicated

When life can be so simple and easy

There is not one thing to be hated

You just have to live freely

Why do you have to care so much

About what others might think about you

You don't need to impress anyone

Be carefree, be reckless, be you

Life is a game, you just have to play

Why spend all your time planning your moves

Sometimes you need to take a risk

And not the one that others approve

Life is a path, you just need to walk

It is a maze where you won't get lost

So don't check if anyone follows you

And avoid following anyone else too

Life is a river

You just go with the flow

You can stop once in a while

To admire nature, nothing more

Life is short

You don't have time to hate

Stop thinking so much

Just un-complicate

Since I have been a bundle of blankets

I've been constantly learning your rules

I've been told to abide by them 

That's all they told me at home and in schools

Why are my own opinions ridiculed 

When yours are just as outrageous 

You've stuffed your ways into my mind

And what you're doing is dangerous
