LET ME LOSE THIS TIME

I still remember it like yesterday
And I still savor it everyday
The naive child jumping about
Happy about the triumph she got

I could never have told the difference
Genuine victory from the fake one
The little girl could never play cards
But you lost the everytime for my fun

How will I face any problems?
If you solve them all for me?
How will I ever lean to play cards?
If you continue losing for me?

I'm grateful to you for all you gave
The fake winnings were also fine
But the little girl has now grown up
So, please, let ME lose this time

Sunshine

Looking at waters still as land
The flavour of greenery very bland
The slow moan of animals nearby
Newly hatched birds waiting to fly

Towards the calm lake a tree bends
To the scorches of travelers it tends
Small reptiles scurrying around
As their territories they haunt

The sun begins to smile warmly at them
For whom they've waited for so long
The beautiful birds wake from their sleep
And the moan is converted into a song

Now a rainbow paints the sky
Just as the clouds began to cry
A flower blossoms with delight
Determined to reach endless height

And now the land is green again
Chasing away all of the pain
A nightingale skipping around
Fills the air with melodious sound
